D. PAGMADULAM (Nomin-Erdene Ariunbyamba) is the wife of D. NATSAGDORJ (Mungun-Ochir Oyunbaatar), who is known as the founder of modern Mongolian literature. Her active life recorded from the middle of 1920 until late 1930’s. At that time, she spoke 5 foreign languages such as Chinese, Manchu and German etc. Moreover, she was talented in poetry and music. Besides, she is the first initiator and leader of the Mongolian women's organization. D.Pagmadulam was a pioneer woman who is a staunch fighter for women's rights. She studied in Germany with her husband. Unfortunately, when she was called back to her country, she was persecuted and ostracized due to the political situation caused by the influence of the Soviet Union, separated from her family. She spent her last moments running away from society.
